  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    Any applicant over the age of 18 is required to complete our application packet which includes our CAR standard application, verification and proof of funds, a complete credit report from Expedia, Equifax or transunion not older than 60 days along with tenant references and current landlord contact information.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Of Course ! Your deposit is held in a broker's trust account until the day you move out. Once move out is completed your team will inspect the property and as long as the home is in the same condition as when the tenant moved in and there are no outstanding rental payments or late fees, tenants can expect a full deposit returned within 21 days of turning over occupancy back to our management team
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    Applying is easy ! Contact our team via our website or by phone and set up a showing to view the property. If you decide it is the right fit, one of our licensed agents will give you all the necessary paperwork and help to get you approved. We know how fast rentals get filled which is why our team takes pride in getting your application reviewed and have a response within 48 hours. Whether your application is approved or if the unit was leased to another tenant, we promise to give you an update on the status of the property within 48 hours from the time your application packet is completed.
  • How do I pay rent?

    Rent can be paid online via our website through your tenant portal or by mail.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    Many of our rentals allow pets depending on the size, breed, age and demeanor of the animal. When you decide to apply for one of our properties be sure to mention that you have a pet so the owner can decide if they would like to allow one. If you are planning to get a pet in the future it is always best to notify your agent so that the owner can be made aware that a pet in the property will be a possibility .
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    By law a tenant is required to give a 30-day notice to move out. All you need to do is give one of our agents a written notice thirty days prior to the lease expiration date that you intend to move out. Our team will assist in setting up a pre-move out inspection to identify the properties condition prior to move out.
  • How are the tenants selected?

    After tenants turn in a completed application, we verify rental history, employment, and obtain a credit report which includes credit and evictions.
  • How are security deposits handled?

    Security despots are deposited into the trust account. They remain in the trust account unit the tenant vacates the property. By LAW any security deposits money due to the tenant must be refunded within 21 days.
